Auction Specialist – Full-Time | Fremont, NE
Base Salary: $45,000/year + Commission

We’re looking for an Auction Specialist who’s ready to jump in, build lasting relationships, and help clients across the Agriculture, Construction, and Transportation industries buy and sell equipment nationwide. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for connecting with current and potential clients, helping them list and sell their equipment through our platform. You’ll play a big role in our continued growth by identifying new opportunities, keeping up with market trends, and providing exceptional service that keeps clients coming back. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Marketing team to make sure every auction is a success.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
You’ll generate business by sourcing equipment from both new and existing clients. You’ll stay informed on what machinery is selling, where the market is headed, and how to best support each client’s auction goals. You’ll be expected to attend team strategy meetings, maintain accurate records, and provide consistent updates to the team on your pipeline and client needs. This is a relationship-driven role — not just a sales gig. Your goal is to become a trusted advisor to your clients.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2–5 years of sales experience

• Strong customer service background

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort with technology and CRM tools

• A positive, people-first attitude

• The ability to listen well, follow directions, and think creatively

• A natural ability to connect with others over the phone

• Team spirit and a drive to keep learning and improving

Bonus points if you’ve worked in or around the construction, ag, or transportation industries — but we’re happy to teach the right person.

This role is based in Fremont, NE and requires in-office presence to start, but then allow opporutnity to work from home 2 days per week. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
