About Us:
DPA Auctions is a fast-growing online auction company in the United States providing cutting-edge solutions for our clients through our unique auction services. We are looking for an energetic and driven Business Development Representative to help us build a strong pipeline of leads and support our Auction Specialists in their efforts to close new business.

Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business leads to support your Auction Specialist. Your primary duties will include making outbound calls, setting appointments, and assisting the Auction Specialist with additional leads to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to potential clients, introducing our auction services and generating leads.

  • Build a pipeline of high-quality business leads for your Auction Specialist by proactively identifying potential prospects and qualifying their interest.

  • Setting appointments and meetings for an Auction Specialists with qualified leads to further explore their needs and offer tailored auction solutions.

  • Assist Auction Specialists with follow-up calls and outreach efforts for leads that require additional attention or nurturing.

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking lead status, appointments, and any relevant details for future follow-up.

  • Work closely with your Auction Specialist to ensure a seamless transition from lead qualification to sales engagement.

  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, appointments set, and lead conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role (preferably within a B2B environment).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone and via email.

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet daily targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable working alongside an Auction Specialist to maximize business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Bonus Pay: The potential for weekly bonuses based on performance

In office position

Salary: $19.00 - $21.50
